Conference season is in full swing. Between National Retail Federation‘s “Big Show” and Consumer Technology Association, our team has been logging the air miles coast-to-coast. ✈

Similar themes ran throughout both conferences (hello, Machine Learning and AI!) but the big takeaway for retailers was the importance of merging on and offline strategies to give customers a seamless shopping experience.
